What is Your Contribution?

THEN came he to Der’be & Lys’tra: &, behold, a certain disciple was there, named Timotheus, the son of a certain woman, which was a Jewess, & believed; but his father was a Greek: -Acts 16:1

Him would Paul have to go forth with him; & took & circumcised him because of the Jews which were in those quarters: for they knew all that his father was a Greek.

& as they went through the cities, they delivered them the decrees for to keep, that were ordained of the apostles & elders which were at Jerusalem. -Acts 16:3-5

& they passing by My’sia came down to Tro’as.

& a vision appeared to Paul in the night; There stood a man of Macedonia, & prayed him, saying come over into Macedonia, & help us.

& After he had seen the vision immediately we endeavoured to go into Macedonia, assuredly gathering that the Lord called us for to preach the Gospel unto them. -Acts 16:8-10

Would to God ye could bear with me alittle in my folly: & indeed bear with me. -2 Corinthians 11:1

The verse that sticks out to me the most is Acts 16:4-5 in that it acknowledges the vital necessities of the churches being established in the faith. These decrees were upheld as a standard for to keep & manage the contributions made by it’s members so as to distribute necessity where necessity is needed.

The faithful principle, is that where there is an abundance in contribution for others, there’s also an abundance for to meet the necessity of self also. & so this becomes a collective pursuit.

Now there is at Jerusalem by the sheep market a pool, which is called in the Hebrew tongue Bethesda, having five porches.

In these lay a great multitude of impotent folk, of blind, halt, withered, waiting for the moving of the water.

For an angel went down at a certain season into the pool, and troubled the water: whosoever then first after the troubling of the water stepped in was made whole of whatsoever disease he had. -John 5:2-4

Self-discovery will be a rooted necessity for the progression of your journey. As often as I hear this from the perspectives of so many others, somehow it remains one of the messages that eludes us the most if we aren’t consciously aware of it.

This truly calls for a spirit of discernment in where you stand & what you expect to achieve in this journey through spirit. Even in this very moment if you’re unsure of these things, the best thing to do is step out on faith anyway. That way, spirit will reveal to you what is a necessity of yours to pursue.

Try My FREE “Clothed with Humility” Template

This template, is a road map in the journey of any humility process!

It aims specifically at helping us to recognize that straight and narrow path toward our goals to be our path of least resistance.

The gift of discernment when applied to any journey is that it aligns you in way of a sacred path with grace. Where as that same journey may appear as a “thief in the night” to one who neglects to discover it. This is what it means to embrace the path.

If self-discovery were the first half of our journey, self-developement would undoubtedly become the second. This will call for that same spirit of discernment, but instead we’re met with what may possibly be the most vital question of our very journey. & the question is simply, what is my contribution?

What is it that I could contribute to the development of my own journey? In what ways am I able to invest in a path toward success. & again what we find, is that spirit will continue reveal these things to us individually or even collectively, so long as we continue to step out on faith.

& all that beleived were together, & had all things common;

& sold their possessions & goods, & parted them to all men, as every man had need.

& they, continuing dialy with on accord in the temple, & breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness & singleness of heart,

Praising God, & having favous with all the people. & the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved. -Acts 2:44-47
