“For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

-Romans 10:10

Confession is at the core of humility, even it’s foundation in acknowledging the things that leave us vulnerable in our own pride, in hopes to regain healthy conscience over the matter. But how do we know, or at what point are we perfected in our process of remission? & where do we then go from there? These are things that we seek to discover through journaling. Keeping a vision journal helps us not only in the development of our process, but also in recognizing the sincerity of our progression, With a journal at hand, it’s important to understand however that all of the things we seek to discover within our process can be found revealed, being rooted within our own confessions.

SIGNIFICANCE IN OUR CONFESSION:
Without the acknowledgment of our past, without even realizing it, we often loop in our present reality because there’s no true sense of direction into what it would take to break out of certain cycles & align with what would be our “refined” future or purpose. Whether that be a higher calling or a civic duty, these mystery we find, is that we will only know this greater potential as deep as we’re willing to dig into our own circumstances. This is what makes confession so significant to our process, Were reminded in parable of the Pharisee & the Publican for example, that even though they each had their own manner of praying in the temple, that one was more-so justified in the confession of his burdens.

Believing whole-heartedly that we may overcome our burdens through drawing near to the higher is a matter of faith. The process of drawing near is work of patience, which transforms confession into testimony. & that testimony becomes a seed with-in us. Click the link below to learn more about Vision journaling!
