Vision journaling series: Envision Characters after the New Creature
“& No man putteth new wine into old bottles: else the new wine will burst the bottles, & be spilled & the bottles shall perish.” -Luke 5:37
The Character of the new creature is one who takes on the lessons of their past, & uses that experience to rebuild supplications toward a better future. This is the way of remission that we train the mind to shift toward a more DIVINE perspective over the matter of our experience or circumstance(s).
Journaling helps us to do this. That with a sincerity of spirit, envisioning the new creature encourages healthy conscience toward remission. It also encourages us to continue with enduring our process of recovery. This in part, is rooted in the idea of transforming our confessions into testimony, but it will always begins as a humility process.
