Ancient Roots of Remission

& it shall come to pass, when all these things are come upon thee, the blessing & the curse, which I have set before thee, & thou shalt call them to mind among all the nations, whither the LORD thy God hath driven thee, - Deut 30:1

& shalt return unto the Lord thy God, & shalt obey his voice according to all that I command thee this day, thou & thy children, with all thine heart & with all thy Soul; -vs 2

That the LORD thy God will turn thy captivity, & have compassion upon thee, & will return & gather thee from all the nations, whither the LORD thy God hath scattered thee. -vs 3

But the ministration of death written & engraved in stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not steadfastly behold the face of Moses for the Glory of his countenance; which glory was to be done away: - 2 Corinthians 3:7

But their minds were blinded, for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the Old Testament, which vail is done away in. vs 14

but even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart. vs 15

nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away. -vs 16

Now the Lord is that spirit: & where the spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. -vs 17

But we all, with open face beholding as in a Glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from Glory to Glory, even as by the spirit of the Lord. -vs 18
